Web design in Cobourg, Ontario

Not a template with your logo dropped in. A site built around how your business actually works — that takes the booking, sends the invoice and fills the cancelled slot while you're asleep.

Badali Media

A portfolio that loads fast on a phone at a hockey rink, and a booking form that lands in an inbox instead of a DM pile.

01 / 03

A site to be found. Then the tools that save you the evening.

The website gets you found. What happens next is where the hours go — and that's the part most local web shops can't build for you.

01

Website build

$999 CAD, one time

Five pages, built from scratch around your business. Mobile-first, because that's where your customers actually are. Set up so Google knows you exist in Cobourg specifically.

  • Five custom pages
  • Mobile-first build
  • Local SEO setup
  • Contact form
  • Hosting configured and the backend secured
  • You own the code and the domain
02

Monthly support

$50 CAD per month · optional

For businesses whose site changes often — a new promotion, a menu update, a fresh set of posts. You send it, we do it.

  • Up to 3 revisions a month
  • Content, promo and menu updates
  • Ongoing hosting and security
  • Extra revisions quoted per job
03

Business Essentials

These are the ones that pay for themselves. Each solves a specific way your week leaks time — and each can bolt onto a website we built or one you already have.

$100

CAD per month, from

Priced on scale and how many systems need to talk to each other. Quoted before anything is built — never a surprise.

01Most popular

Online booking

You lose the booking because you were under a car.

Customers pick a slot themselves, it lands in your calendar, and they get the reminder. No phone tag, no double-bookings, no evenings spent returning calls.

02

Payments & e-commerce

You're chasing people for money you already earned.

Take card payments, deposits, or sell products directly. Connects to the till you already use rather than replacing it.

03

Digital invoicing

Invoices written twice — once on paper, once in the books.

Invoices generated, sent, and chased automatically. Paid ones reconcile themselves. You stop being your own accounts department.

04

Smart scheduling

Staff rotas living in a group chat.

Shifts, availability, and job assignments in one place, synced to everyone's phone.

05

Waitlists

A cancellation means an empty hour.

When someone drops out, the next person is offered the slot automatically. The gap fills itself.

06

WhatsApp & SMS

Customers message on five platforms and you miss three.

Enquiries, confirmations and reminders routed to one inbox, sent from your business number.

07

Calendar sync

Two calendars that disagree.

Bookings, jobs and personal commitments in a single view that updates everywhere at once.

Not sure which you need?

Most people come to us with a website problem and leave having fixed a scheduling one. Tell us what actually eats your week and we'll tell you straight which of these solves it — or whether none of them do.

Built with a professional software engineer whose day job is at Microsoft. Anyone can put up five pages. Wiring a booking system into a till without it breaking every second Tuesday is a different job.

01

We talk

A coffee or a phone call. We work out what's actually costing you time — which is usually not the thing you came in thinking about.

02

We build

Designed around your business, written from scratch. You get a link to watch it come together, not three weeks of silence.

03

You approve

Nothing goes live until you've seen it and said yes. Changes at this stage are expected, not billed as extras.

04

We launch

Live, on Google, and yours. The code sits in your account. If you sack us tomorrow, you keep everything.

Common questions.

The things people actually ask before they get in touch. If yours isn't here, just ask us.

Still not sure?

Ask us anything, including whether we're the wrong people for the job. We'd rather tell you that now than take your money and find out later.

Reply time

Same day, 9 AM – 7 PM, every day. From one of us, not a ticketing system.

Five custom pages designed around your business, built mobile-first, with local SEO configured, a working contact form, hosting set up and the backend secured. No template, no page-builder. It's a flat fee, not a deposit — there is no second invoice at the end.

Yes, completely — the code, the domain, the accounts. It all sits in your name. If you decide to work with someone else next year, you hand them the keys and walk away. Nothing is held hostage, and there's no monthly fee you have to keep paying to keep your own site online.

Usually two to three weeks from the first conversation to going live, depending on how quickly you can get us your content — photos, service descriptions, prices. The build itself is rarely the slow part.

Yes. Business Essentials bolt onto whatever you already have — Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, something a nephew built in 2016. We don't need to rebuild your site to give you online booking or digital invoicing.

No. It's optional and you can cancel whenever. It's there for businesses whose site changes often — a restaurant updating menus, a shop running promotions. If your site is going to sit largely unchanged, you probably don't need it.

Because we're new and building a portfolio. $999 is a founding rate and it will go up. If you come on now, your price stays your price. We'd rather have real work to show than charge full rate for an empty portfolio.

Nothing goes live until you've seen it and said yes. Changes during the build are expected and aren't billed as extras — that's what the approval step is for. We'd rather spend an extra afternoon getting it right than launch something you're quietly unhappy with.

Yes — we're in Cobourg and we'll meet you for a coffee. We build across Northumberland County, and further afield in Kingston, Waterloo and London. You'll get a reply the same day, between 9 AM and 7 PM, from one of us rather than a ticketing system.

Ready when you are.
