How long does a website take to build?+

Most sites are done in 1–2 weeks from the day we start. The timeline depends on how quickly we get your content and how many revision rounds are needed. We will give you a clear estimate before we begin.

Do I own my website once it is done?+

Yes, completely. Once your site is live, it is yours. The code, the domain, the hosting account. We have no claim to it and there is no ongoing fee required to keep it running.

What if I already have a website?+

No problem. Our Business Essentials service works on any existing website regardless of who built it. We can add booking, payments, scheduling, or any of our integrations to what you already have.

Do I need to be local to work with you?+

Not at all. We are based in Cobourg but we build for businesses across Ontario. Everything can be handled remotely via video call, email, and shared documents. We work the way that is most convenient for you.

What is included in monthly support?+

Business Essentials support starts at $50/month and includes up to 3 revisions per month, priority email support, and access to add integrations like booking or invoicing at any time. There is no lock-in and you can cancel or adjust whenever you need.

I do not know what I need. Is that okay?+

Completely fine. Most of our clients come to us knowing they need something better online but are not sure what. That is exactly what the first conversation is for. We ask the right questions and figure it out together.
